All prospective employees on Remote Talent have passed our extensive vetting process for customer support staff. Our vetting process involves the following:
- Application phase: Our recruiters screen all applications we receive to ensure only the top talent proceeds to the testing stage. The majority of applicants do not proceed past this stage.
- Rigorous testing: Our tests are designed to identify the best customer support staff. We test candidates' patience, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Video Interview: All successful candidates have passed at least two interviews before their profiles are shared with potential employers. You can watch one of these interviews on their profile.
